Summer Internship Timeframe: June 2024 – August 2024

Pay: $20.00/ per hour

This Product Management Analyst Internship opportunity will work closely with Segra’s Product Management team. Segra has five Product Managers based on each Product Category Segra offers to its customers: Connectivity, Collaboration, Cloud, Cyber Security and Product Vertical Specialist. The candidate will also work closely with the IT and Billing Departments.

Specific degree or skill requirements/prerequisites:

Majors: Open to any program in Marketing, Sales, Business, Business Administration, or any related field  

Preferred Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook and Microsoft Excel.  Strong organizational skills, Project Management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests is crucial.

·        Participate in Product and Business Development Meetings.

·        Review and map out flowcharts and hierarchy of current Product Catalog, Workflows, and Billing in Visio.

·        Be able to assess and collaborate for efficiencies and improvements as Segra moves to a new Workflow management tool (ServiceNow).
