NIGHT DATA ENTRY (TEMPORARY)

Starting Pay: $17.00/hr

Position Summary Description:

Temporary 3-month position with possibility of extension.

Enter data into electronic record keeping system based on the stock keeping units (SKU) provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enter information into electronic system to update record of customer order.
• Verify and correct data as needed; complete data entry tasks within specific timeframes.
• Performs similar and related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Uses the Company’s Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education/Training and Experience

No experience needed

Communication Skills

Must be proficient in the English language and communicate clearly and effectively in written and oral form.

Other Skill

Must be able to type efficiently and accurately, approximately 45 words per minute.

Proficient with 10-key

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

Must be detail oriented and able to work independently

Nice to Have Skills

Background in Computer Science or Information Technology

Understanding of database usage and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 – ERP Software

General knowledge of warehouse distribution  

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Equipment Used:

Extensive use of computer and telephone equipment, occasional use of copiers, fax machines and other basic office equipment.

Days/Hours of Work: 

Position hours are Sunday through Friday starting at 8:00PM HST. Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required.
