Associate Analytics Consultant

Our Corporate Actuarial team is currently seeking an Associate Analytics Consultant in our Worcester location.  This is a full time, exempt role. Position is eligible for Hybrid/Flex work arrangement or fully remote for the right candidate.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Analytics consultants will use skills, technologies and practices for continuous iterative exploration and investigation of past business performance to gain insight and drive business planning and address any business questions or problems. Analytics consultants will focus on developing new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and basic statistical methods.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

This role will work under supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in nature. Learning the structure of the organization. Beginning the process of understanding, accessing and obtaining data for required analysis. Helping with all stages of analysis under supervision. No insurance experience required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

Education:

0-2 years related experience and bachelor’s degree. Applied Data Science, Data Science, Information and Data Science, Information Management Analytics, Data Mining, Predictive Analytics are most sought-after. Degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems are also preferred.
