Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Effectively manage employee and intern pre-boarding and onboarding by following the new hire workflow based on the job being filled. Ensuresa complete and orderly file (paper & electronic) to ensure documentation is available for review by applicable regulatory bodies.   
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation with new hires and internal staff participatingin training topics. Present training topics when an assigned presenter is unavailable. Quickly adjust the day based on needs  
  • Actively work to deliver a high-quality employee experience. Co-creates this experience with team members at all levels of the organization  
  • Input all CCH new hires into Dayforce. Manage employee information in appropriate databases to ensure accuracy, including but not limited to, personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, and termination information.Compiles reports from the database. Seeks opportunities for automation and employee self-service.  
  • Administer employee surveys through designated survey system. Review and monitorresponsesEscalate concerns to appropriate individualsto ensure employee concerns are addressed or reviewed timely. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.  
  • Complete fingerprinting in the BCI system for CCH candidates and current employees. Complete log of fingerprints to ensure accurateaccounting.  
  • Complete all required web checks for new hires for CCH   
  • Coordinate organization-wide employee recognition programs and ensure a high-quality experience for employees being recognized.  
  • Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.  
  • Facilitate open enrollment for wellness benefits.  
  • Act as point of contact for all FMLA and other leave requests. Process, monitorand manage leave administration timely.  
  • Address employee safety concerns.  When there is an incident or accident, work with the employee and workers’ compensation to return the employee to work as soon as appropriate.    
  • Develop and post content to the intranet MyCentersand Dayforce Hub on a regular basis.   
  • Conduct regular audits on staff files, HRIS data, and benefit electionsWorks closely with team members to validateinformation and make appropriate changes, when necessary. Identifyprocess improvement if necessary  
  • Process invoices for the HR department by adding department information to ensure accuracy and timelypayment to vendors.    
  • Plan staff activities to create opportunities for team-buildingand connection.  Creatively and collaboratively approach all tasks to ensure a successful event/celebration. i.e.all staff events, milestone celebrations, summer events, Veteran’s Day, etc.   
  • Supports the organizations use of the SLII model and provides advice and direction in keeping with the model  
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention  
  • Providehuman resource policy guidance and interpretation  
  • Attendtrainingsand seminars to stay current on Human Resources laws, legislation, and trends
