Position Summary: Our growing organization is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Part time  Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

 

What you’lldo:

    • Accurately receive, process and invoice customer orders in a timely manner.
    • Provide detailed product information to customers, which will support them buying the right product to fit their needs.
    • During live calls, engage the customer using suggestive selling with the goal of increasing the order size.
    • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and other team performance metrics.
      • Maintain minimum accuracy of 99.25%.
      • Maintain minimum productivity of 100 lines per hour.
    • Provide the highest level of service to our customers.  Ensure that customers receive answers to their questions in a timely manner and that all issues result in positive resolution and outcome.
    • Be able to provide details of communication between customer and CSR and alert the Sales Representative as needed when new items are being requested or issues are happening at the account.
    • Ability to assist/train fellow team members with questions or issues about orders being taken.
    • Ability to work with top gross accounts with little to no supervision and reporting all issues that may arise to Supervisor or Manager
    • Accurately run the shift as an opener/closer point of contact, able to delegate tasks and help colleagues as needed, being the point person between the warehouse managers and team
    • Provide training and help with the evaluation of new hires based on training performance and overall development growth during the 90-day onboarding period.
    • Accurately checking all tasks are done and holding team accountable for duties assigned

About you:

    • Minimum one year experience in a high-volume customer service department environment.
    • Knowledge of produce and other food products and the motivation to continually learn on the job.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment, Self-motivated, professional ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain a team atmosphere.
    • Excellent customer focus and customer service skills.
    • Ability to anticipate problems before they arise.
    • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English language required. Spanish a plus.
    • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Strong technology and computer skills required
