PT - Club Access Control

This is a part-time, seasonal position.

Core Functions:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Welcome every guest with a warm greeting
• Control guest access to the appropriate club based on their ticketed seat location
• Scan tickets for every person entering/exiting the stadium club
• Assist guests with mobile tickets
• Direct guests to the correct seating area based on their ticketed seat location
• Handle guest-related matters in a professional and courteous manner

   Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to help others
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate a JANAM ticket scanner running the Android OS
• Familiarity and comfortable utilizing mobile technology on a variety of mobile devices
• Works well independently in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing personality and a professional demeanor
• Positive attitude
• Familiarity with Raymond James Stadium and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Experience:

• Previous ticket taker experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Work Environment

The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment.  Other environment conditions:

• Required to work all Buccaneers home games; may have to work occasional holidays; extended evening,

weekend work hours required

• Standing, working with hands for extended periods of time sometimes in a variety of weather conditions
