SUMMARY

As a Marketing Assistant, you will assist the marketing team in implementing and managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and performing various administrative tasks to support the overall marketing efforts of Tamarack Realty.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Outbound Marketing

  • Create and execute organic social media calendar that compliments and coordinates with RE sales goals and marketing plan with direction from Marketing Director
    • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Create and execute video calendar that compliment and coordinate with RE sales goals and marketing plan with direction from Marketing Director
    • Video channels: Vimeo, YouTube
    • TV commercial video (in lodging rooms)
  • Manage and execute email blasts: database, homeowners, engaging leads, brokers
    • Celebratory emails and “personal note” emails (example: happy birthday, move in anniversary, thank you)

 

Administrative

  • Check website contact forms
  • Automated email replies and processes
  • Update SPAM filters regularly
  • Coordinate event needs with Marketing Director

 

Collateral

  • Updates to general brokerage collateral (Price Sheets, Floor Plans, Flyers, LED Window)
  • Printing Collateral (Price Sheets, Floor Plans, Flyers, LED Window, QR codes/table tents)
  • Distribution of Collateral around Resort (Rack Cards, Table Tents, Brochures, LED Windows)
  • Manage and execute Guest Check In packets and what is in units
  • Update Brightdoor as needed

 

Websites

  • Review and update tamarackrealty.com and tamarackidaho.com/real-estate as necessary, as well as villageattamarack.net and Homesatamarackresort.com
  • Review and update iPad sign in form is needed
  • Manage bloggers for SEO
  • Manage News/Media/Blog Room for SEO
  • Issuu.com site

 

Advertising/Media Planning

  • Proof ads for typos, confirm ad URLS and QRs are correct on every single ad

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; ideally in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing software/tools.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for marketing performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
  • Previous marketing or administrative experience is desirable but not always required.
