About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our TUKI Business Unit as a Head of Business Development based remotely in the UK. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, the Head of New Business Development will build our new sales strategy with the objective of growing our restaurant count through profitable restaurant development. They will be responsible for delivering the strategy designed to attract and secure new Franchisees across UK and Ireland spanning workstreams including Advertising, PR and Digital in line with our Real Estate Strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • This is a sales and relationship focused role responsible for identifying through Research & Analysis, negotiating, and providing transitional support during the onboarding process of new Franchisees.
  • Work with external parties / agencies to identify opportunities to raise the Brand's profile (Advertising / PR / Trade Memberships / Events / Industry Awards etc.), specifically raising the awareness of Franchising opportunities across the market with both Trad & Non-Trad prospects.
  • Develop and maintain the FZE Growth Readiness Dashboard which allows us to easily identify and work with our existing partners that have the capacity to grow their portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain collateral that is locally relevant; reflects the latest business activity and showcases the best of the brand and will be utilized across various assets which make up the UK & Ireland sales toolkit. This includes the Development Website 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of job-specific experience required, preferably within QSR Expansion or Real Estate.
  • 3-5  years of supervisory experience a must.
  • Ability to identify/secure Real Estate locations as well as build relationships with key stakeholders and companies throughout the territory.
  • Creative with strong negotiating (sales) skills. Sound commercial awareness.
  • Excellent project management skills including establishing strategy, goals, execution, and reporting. Goal focused.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills - Adaptable and open working style with ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
  • Organized, a self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Travel Requirements: 30-59% of the time.
