505 - Night Sanitor 1

Keep assigned areas of
  the offices and plant clean of

trash and debris

Empty trash in
  assigned areas

Mop and sweep spills
  as they occur

Clean up and restock
  the front office restrooms

Clean up and restock
  the break room restrooms

Mop around the sauce
  room and extra spills in the plant

Mop and clean the
  chemical cage and the QA lab

Check position and
  condition of bait traps

Clean warehouse floors
  as necessary

Inspect all processing
  rooms, equipments, and facilities

after being cleaned to
  ensure that all cleaning process is

complete

Fill out all required
  paperwork:  i.e., alkalinity test
  records,

sanitizer strength
  verification record, etc.

Monitor sanitation
  personnel to ensure SOPs are being

correctly followed

Trains new sanitation
  technicians in the performance

of all essentials
  sanitation and safety tasks

Provide assistance to
  sanitation functions

Maintain all cleaning
  supplies:  i.e., automatic floor

scrubber, pallet jack,
  respirators, and chemicals, etc.

Inspect the sanitizer
  station to ensure sanitizing

equipment is functioning
  properly

Ensure the cleanliness
  and tidiness of chemical room are

properly maintained

Check chemical inventory
  and prepare requisitions form

to order chemicals
  needed

Pre-inspection - walk
  through the plant to identify obvious

problem areas

Environmental studies
  - temperature verification

Manage the Sanitation
  Manual

Monitor cleaning
  procedures for correctness and identify

time saving methods

Consultant on Food
  Safety issues

Communicate with QA on
  issues

Quality Controls

Safety

Teamwork

Other duties deemed
  necessary by management
