334 - Receiving Tech. 1

Performs typical machine operations to support the production.

Detects and reports
  defective product or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

Maintains the work area
  and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety
  regulations.

Performs prescribed
  preventative maintenance on machines as required.

Must be
  familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks
  stated above.

Must be willing to accept
  and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine
  set-up.

Drive Forklift

Run pick list and pull
  for production needs, fill out pick

list, data entry all
  issues to production

Pull gloves, aprons,
  hairnets, ear plugs and other items

needed for production
  personnel

Receipt and
  documentation of dry goods, documenting

carrier, vendor and
  help unload trucks

Print labels and
  stickers for production

Keep warehouse clean
  and orderly, check back door

of warehouse area and
  lock at the end of each day

Assist in spice
  program as needed

Cycle count assist in
  inventory

Pick up products from
  local vendor

Mix spices and fill
  pick list for sauce room and Raw Meat

Fill out spice sheets,
  run copies and place in production packets

Return copies to
  Warehouse office clerk.

Pull spices from
  Warehouse and take into spice room.

Keep accurate
  accounting of spices pulled.

Turn in ALL transfer
  and spice pick lists every day

Wash scales, sweep and
  clean rooms.

Take mixers to
  washroom to be cleaned and return

after cleaning.

Always check with
  Sauce and Raw Meat before leaving

each day

Wash and clean barrels

Wash walls in both
  Spice Rooms and check for cobwebs

Count inventory in
  Spice Rooms
