Job
Title: Production Worker

ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

Check scales, label   machine and inkjet printer

Check reports on all   labels, check Product labels and

counts

Applying labels and   stickers

Filling products,   weighting and moving products and pass

product through a   metal detector

Applying tubs and   lids, boxing products, opening

pre-boxed products and   setting boxed products on the

pallet.

All boxes weighing   < 50 lbs.

Temperatures <50° F

Check for any leftover   products, sweep the work area

Check Lot # and dates,   move products from the boxing

line

Quality Controls

Safety

Teamwork

Other duties deemed necessary   by management

Basic supervision of   all of the above duties listed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or
GED strongly preferred.

 

REASONING
ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds,

vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability
to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics described here are representative

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly
works near moving mechanical parts.
