Title: Production Tech

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

38° - 45° temperatures

Lift 40 lbs.

Stand for long periods

Proper use of butcher
  knife

Handling / trimming
  cooked meat

Operate pallet jack to
  move combos

Quality Controls

Safety

Teamwork

Other duties deemed
  necessary by management

Machine Operator

Product Specs

Basic supervision of
  an area

Training of new
  employees

Increase Productivity

Maintain High Quality
  Standards

Clean floors

Clean ceilings

Wash racks

Clean coolers

Clean drains

Use of hot water
