Sales - Client Service Representative

Horizon Insurance (part of the PCF Insurance Services Network) is expanding and we are in need of a goal oriented, positive individual to become a member of our amazing team!

The Personal Lines Agent’s essential functions include:

• Writing new personal lines policies
• Specific service and marketing responsibilities 
• Aiding clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts
• Meeting service and sales delivery standards 
• Process new and renewal business
• Must have a solid understanding of insurance terms and coverages

REQUIREMENTS

• PMA -  positive mental attitude
• Problem solver – able to think outside the box
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Intermediate Microsoft Office user Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
• Experience working with an agency management system (HawkSoft a plus)
• Able to work in a paperless environment
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent,  plus minimum 3 years of related experience in with Personal Lines Insurance in either an agency environment or with an insurance carrier
• Valid 2-20 license or 2044 required
