Job Summary:

The Licensed Insurance Agent is expected to jump into a fast-paced, friendly, and professional work environment. You will be responsible for managing phones and providing a positive customer experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide insurance solutions to existing agency clients and new clients.
  • Responsible for sourcing business from their network and centers of influence.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable in property and casualty insurance for personal lines.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ insurance experience, including sales and/or service.
  • Must have professional phone skills.
  • Must have a proven sales/service record.
  • Must be self-driven with the ability to achieve success and must have a proven track record as a producer.
  • Spanish is a plus.

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive and commensurate with experience

 

Schedule:  

  • FT
  • M-F (some Saturdays), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Location:

  • Onsite, Manassas, VA
