Job Summary:
Peak Performance Team, Inc. is expanding and looking for individuals that will be responsible for acquisition, development, and performance management of automotive accounts. The successful candidate will be a high-performance individual with the personality and professionalism to work with dealership management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts.
- Forecast objectives for yourself and for dealerships.
- Track and monitor performance.
- Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance.
- Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business.
- Conduct sales presentations.
- Conduct dealership staff training for sales, service, and accounting departments.
Qualifications:
- Two years of F&I, sales manager, or general manager experience.
- Extensive knowledge of automobile dealership operations/processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and sales skills.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Learn to use the company CRM.
- Extensive travel within assigned territory.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be a team player, as well as a self-starter able to work independently.
