Job Summary:
As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will be responsible for providing customer support to our clients and administrative support to our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform duties pertaining to insurance for commercial lines of business, including, but not limited to, marketing, quotes, and proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate within team to support and offer solutions to customer.
- Process and enter data into proprietary software system for new business, renewals, reinstatements, endorsements, cancellations, billings, and payments.
- Attention to detail is required to ensure the accuracy of data to be input.
- Responsible for checking valid codes, accuracy of entries, and correcting entries that may be inconsistent with history file information.
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of clerical and office management practices and procedures.
- Experience in proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to juggle tasks and respond timely to requests.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
