Job Summary: 

TCU Insurance Agency (Part of PCF Insurance Services Network) TCU Insurance is an independent agency representing many A+ carriers serving both TCU members and non-members in the communities that we reside. TCU is a great place to work! They are a very busy agency, but they have fun as well. They are all willing to pitch in when necessary and help each other out to get the job done.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Sell new accounts and renew existing ones in keeping with agency and individual goals while building relationships with clients;

·       Identify and solicit sales prospects from various sources provided by agency, by cold calls and phone contacts;

·       Develop information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new account;

·       Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with customers, as well as agency staff, to minimize potential for error and omission claims.

Qualifications: 

·     Property and Casualty License

·       Ability to work with client service with concern resolution skills

·       Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills

·       Maintain confidentiality of information

·       Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

·       Organized and methodical work ethic while responding in a timely manner to incoming messages

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
