Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager will provide excellent internal and external customer service. Work with clients to collect appropriate information. Assist customers in claims adjudication and routine service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts including premium collections, assembling all documentation for annual renewals, preparation of annual insurance binders and preparation of specific Tax Forms.
Fulfill a wide range of client requests on an ongoing individual basis including responding to e-mails and requests generated by clients, other CSMs, third party CPAs, first level supervisor and Governing Captive Insurance Commissions of Individual States.
Attend scheduled internal meetings on a wide variety of topics such as process improvements.
Work with Manager of Insurance on policy interpretation and application of provisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 5 years client service experience
Prior insurance experience preferred
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience required
Salesforce familiarity a plus
