Job Summary: 

The Sales Manager has a critical role and is responsible for overseeing the overall sales objectives. This position will handle the management of the sales team and the training for both current and new employees. They will need to analyze data, set sales goals, and develop training programs for those they will manage.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Finance and Insurance Training & Marketing
  • Developing new markets
  • Opening new areas and client relationships
  • Build relationships with existing and new clients
  • Analyze data, set sales goals, and plan training programs

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in insurance is a plus
  • Involvement with Finance and Insurance (F&I)
  • 3+ Sales management experience
  • Outside experience working with insurance agencies
  • Experience in Finance and Insurance (F&I) and training
  • Finance and insurance certification (F&I)

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive and commensurate with experience
