Summary

The Sammons Grill, Golf Course Restaurant seeks a Food and Beverage Attendant to provide food and beverage service, waits tables and clean all service areas. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greets customers, taking orders, bringing dishes, and cleaning tables
• Assists in food preparation and cooking
• Stocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions area
• Serves food & beverages to customers
• Cleans dining room, food prep areas, grill and kitchen equipment
• Assists with tournaments and private events
• Maintains accurate records of sales through the proper operation of the cash register and POS system
• Operates point of sale (POS) terminal to input customer orders, swipe credit cards, and enter amounts receive
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Currently certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers or the ability to become certified within 2 weeks of hire date
