May Center Randolph is looking for an Assistant Program Coordinator to assist in overseeing the administrative and clinical functions of our residential group homes based out of Randolph, MA, serving children with developmental disabilities.

Schedule is Wednesday 1pm-11pm, Thursday 1pm-11pm, Friday 12pm-10pm and Saturday 8am-6pm.

Responsibilities   

  • Help ensure the quality of the program when the Program Manager is not available, by coordinating the daily activities and programs for all the residents
  • Provide the residents with an intensively therapeutic program designed to enhance community acceptability and increase independence
  • Provide individualized treatment procedures by assessing the resident's skills
  • Develop and implement annual goals for each resident
  • Assist residents in the day to-day maintenance of their environment
  • Assist the Program Coordinator with individual medical and healthcare provider appointments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3 years of experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in human services
  • Med certification strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license
