JOB SUMMARY:
The Systems Administrator manages and maintains the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases and other critical systems. The Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall efficiency, availability and security of the company's IT environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and support technological infrastructures;
- Follow-up on incidents and requests from users and ensure compliance with service levels;
- Act as the main stakeholder for the management of technical incidents and requests, issue the diagnosis, establish priorities and resolve problems;
- Work with software and hardware vendors to resolve technical issues;
- Develop system recovery procedures to minimize downtime; provide technical support to maintain system reliability and availability;
- Ensure documentation of the architecture in place;
- Apply different concepts related to security;
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field;
- Knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell and Azure AD;
- Knowledge of HyperV and/or VMWare;
- Knowledge of network systems, protocols and standards such as: Ethernet, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, etc.;
- Bilingualism (spoken and written);
- Good customer service abilities;
- Ability to work in a team and to handle pressure;
