Job Summary
The Instructor is responsible for the individualized instruction and development of students. The position requires effective communication with students and parents, and the supervision of part-time center staff.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree required. Education related degree preferred
- Work Experience - Combination of teaching and/or related business work experience of at least 1-3 years
- Ability to work in the Oak Brook, IL area
Responsibilities
- Plan Lessons
- Conduct student observation and instruction
- Manage Center operations and supervision of staff
- Develop marketing plan and implementation
- Provide parent communication and customer service
- Collect tuition payments and perform reconciliation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
