BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the various functions for the company including cash management and securitization. The Analyst will support reporting and transaction activities of securitization, short- and long-term funding. The Analyst will also contribute to duties related to cash management and compliance

 

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:  This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines:

  • Work on daily cash management reports.
  • Analyze and reconcile all daily receipts and disbursements activity.
  • Supports all internal and external borrowing activities – intercompany and bank loans which includes all Kubota affiliates in North America (USD and CAD).
  • Prepare and distribute securitization reports.
  • Assist with the management and administration of bank accounts.
  • Arranges letters of credit, evaluates credit exposure, monitors fees, and renewals.
  • Assist with the monthly debt compliance certificate and any covenant calculations.
  • Prepares the month-end and quarterly management reports
  • Work with Internal Audit to ensure all controls and compliance requirements are met.
  • Prepare supporting documents for debt and derivatives related to accounting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Tax, AP, AR, and Accounting.
  • Assists with ad hoc projects like Oracle and SAP systems migration.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business administration required, Master’s Degree preferred.
    • 3 years of Treasury experience & Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of Capital markets experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working with bank portals .
  • SAP and/or Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Suite including, but not limited to:  Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
