Systems Analyst

This position is a key contributor in the support, maintenance, and management of Hawaii National Bank’s Information Systems Department (ISD) application portfolio. The Systems Analyst also functions as a key business-to-technology interface, collaborating with business units and individual stakeholders to design and deliver technology solutions to enable and improve business process. As the subject matter expert in a given technology platform or domain, the Systems Analyst role will provide leadership, direction, and delivery execution of projects and initiatives of varying scope, as prescribed by ISD executive leadership.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or equivalent experience. Working experience with SharePoint (architecture, content management, and administration), experience with relational database management systems, business process workflow and automation systems, enterprise document management systems, system development and change management lifecycles. Ability to organize and prioritize work. Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; including staff, management, and vendors.  Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
