What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Operations Quality and Training Specialist within our Merchant Development division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for improving quality through active data monitoring and training delivery. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring Vendor Enrollment Operations support teams adhere to Corpay standards for service delivery, deliverable quality and SLA adherence. The work requires a focus on improving overall team performance by increasing quality and driving standards. This includes designing and delivering training content targeted to group and individual needs. To be successful in this role, the Specialist will work closely with other groups within operations and support organizations. You will report directly to Director, Supplier Outreach and regularly collaborate with various teams.

As a Vendor Enrollment Operations Quality and Training Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Brentwood
  • Company-issued equipment including remote access

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Identifying and prioritizing projects to improve Vendor Enrollment customer experiences
  • Creating operations support quality management framework
  • Developing and documenting standards, controls, metrics and quality improvement activities
  • Investigating and addressing customer complaints regarding quality and the customer experience
  • Working cross-functionally to investigate and define root causes of escalated quality gaps
  • Quality check samples of each VE Operations support employee deliverables monthly
  • Using existing and designing new automated scorecards to measure support effectiveness
  • Addressing improvement opportunities with individuals and the team as a whole
  • Onboarding New Hires by orienting new employees to Corpay support standards and quality scoring methodology
  • Presenting and overseeing two-week intensive training
  • Ensuring all New Hires attend all training sessions and maintain employee onboarding checklists
  • Addressing any question areas, and ensure new hires understand talk track, Salesforce and business systems, goals, and quality scoring
  • Validating onboarding training success by evaluating metrics and through personal observation
  • Being available to field ad-hoc questions from VE Ops Employees
  • Recognizing and remediating training gaps
  • Customizing individual training and improvement plans based on QA findings and feedback from leadership
  • Highlighting problems (including particular cases, behaviors, or trends) supported by evidence to management
  • Working with management, Supervisory team and subject matter experts to develop training content

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4 years’ experience managing teams, training employees and driving quality improvements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Education, Business or a related discipline preferred
  • Extensive training experience in group and individual settings
  • Experience in using Lean methodologies to drive process improvements
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with cross functional teams through execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quickly recognizes issues and opportunities to improve team and individual performance
  • Data-driven mindset; holds self and others accountable with measurable metrics
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
