What We Need

Corpay has an exciting opportunity with its Cross-Border Payments Business. This business line is a leader in international payments, technology, and foreign exchange risk management. This exciting role will be with our enterprise integrated payments group which is focused on helping our clients unleash their potential for business expansion and revenues through our value-added Enterprise Suite of Integrated Payment Solutions.

The Director, Enterprise Payment Solutions, reports directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, and is responsible for realizing revenue through the entire sales process of an integrated global payments solution– planning, lead generation, developing business cases, and closing while collaborating internally for implementing and maximizing opportunities. This position requires a disciplined and self-driven individual with exceptional, professional communication skills.

Role Responsibilities
 

The responsibilities of the role will include:

 

• Pro-actively hunt for opportunities through direct contact as well as partners. The job will involve building relationships with key players in financial technology software, marketplaces, eCommerce providers and others to generate qualified opportunities, influencing key decision-makers, and driving the partner product journey to drive    
  revenue.

• Leveraging your industry network to open up new opportunities for Corpay by identifying potential client opportunities, providing industry insight, building market      
  awareness of Corpay and representing us in the industry.

• Generate revenue from integrated partners’ FX margins and fee based revenue to achieve/exceed prescribed targets.

• Demonstrate business development and consultative selling skills to meet/exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals

• Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture

• Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies

• Tracking and updating opportunities and account management via Salesforce (or other CRM)

 

 Qualifications & Skills
 

• 5+ years of experience in the payment / Fintech / treasury / FX

• Preferable experience in selling cross border payments and integrated payment solutions (APIs and File Integration)

• A proven ability to build, lead and drive partnerships and relationships with partners/clients

• Own and drive multiple opportunities with the ability to focus on multiple short- and long-term sales cycle.

• Ability to identify, position and implement complex services to potential prospects, dealing with multiple prospective customer contacts amongst C-level executives,       
  product, and operations.

• Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with shared support services and external partners.

• Self-motivated, adept in working individually and as part of a North American team

• A post-secondary College and/or a university degree.

• Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) required.

   

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs.  The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets.  At FLEETCOR, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  An estimate of the minimum and maximum OTE for this role, including commission is $250,000.00 - 350,000.00 (Commission is uncapped).
