Job Summary: The Managing Optometrist is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing optometry services. This position requires a licensed and experienced optometrist with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The Managing Optometrist is tasked with ensuring the delivery of high-quality eye care services, meeting operational goals, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the optometry team.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership:

- Provide clinical leadership to a team of optometrists.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulations, and best practices in optometry.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in clinical services.
- Operational Management:

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- State optometry license in good standing.

- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and performance data.
- Commitment to quality patient care and customer service.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
