ROLE SUMMARY

CorePower Yoga is looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our growing Sales Department. This critical new team member’s primary focus will be growing and managing our national Field Sales Team, improving sales strategy, and serving as a cross-functional stakeholder for the Sales Department in partnership with our SSC (HQ) Sales Manager.  You will be responsible for inspiring our teams to engage with our students and positively influence a healthy lifestyle by encouraging involvement in CorePower Yoga studios, classes, and programs. This position desires an outgoing personality, the ability to inspire, innovate, and lead remote teams. With the primary goal of surpassing respective targets and exponentially growing the department's impact. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

•  Collaborate with Sr. Director of Sales and SSC Sales Manager to elevate sales team contribution by analyzing sales activities, driving strategic initiatives and prioritizing goals and sales performance.
•    Achieve and exceed annual membership and programming targets as assigned to the field sales team. 
•    Develop sales playbook and process toolkits to generate and activate various marketing initiatives. 
•    Scale, develop, and mentor sales team by proactively identifying role skills and competencies and designing and leading onboarding trainings and skills immersion programs. 
•    Effectively identify and hire talent then facilitate sales training and onboarding for an effective ramping.
•    Create and lead sales team retention strategy, focusing on performance management, employment lifecycle and engagement.
•    Partner with field sales leadership teams to meet studio needs in conjunction with sales team deliverables.
•    Strategize and implement outbound lead generation and conversion tactics by creating compelling local connections to drive membership. 
•    Lead and create inspired bi-weekly sales team meetings.
•    Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and reports, as assigned.
•     Develop cross functional relationships with operation leadership to ensure alignment on sales goal and to drive and support sales activity, empower local teams to collaborate. You’ll work closely with our District Manager’s to provide analytics, share business insights, and initiatives. 
•    Maintain and be able to share a strong knowledge of CorePower Yoga studios, classes, programs, and business structure.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

•    7+ years in sales and minimum 5 years managing a sales team. 
•    Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills required. 
•    Desired proficient in Outlook, Zenoti, SmartSheet, SendGrid
•    Not required but desired experience integrating CRM

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary of $145K plus 20% bonus opportunity
