Project Coordinator - Development

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as Coordinator to the project team in the development of our new projects and the general coordination of the project team of architects, general contractors, engineers, consultants, and vendors.
• Weekly Job Progress Updates
• Change Order Review, Negotiation and Execution or Refutation
• Meet with the project team regularly to review the project status and anticipate issues.
• Participate in the RFI and submittal coordination process.
• FF&E purchasing and implementation
• Periodic Site Visits as Required
• Punchlist and construction completion coordination
• Coordination of Development/Operations turnover
• Establishing and maintaining product libraries and vendor relationships
• Property management communication and subsequent O&M and warranty turnover
• Assistance as requested by PM’s for general project oversight.
• Document management of all job documentation to the project file.
• Represent CA Ventures, LLC to the highest degree of professionalism.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate development, construction management/engineering, architecture, engineering, or business.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction management and/or real estate development
• Ability to manage upwards of 2-3 projects and balance the workload of each of these projects and other initiatives successfully.
• Ability to travel at least 50% domestically.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with our external team members.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
