Facility Design Engineer or Architect

STS Solutions and Training, LLC. (SST) is seeking a Facility Design Engineer or Architect

Bachelors degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering or architecture

Minimum four years of experience managing facility design projects

Capable of obtaining professional registration (i.e., Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)) in the State of Texas within two years of employment.

Wide range of facility and infrastructure design, cost estimating, facility condition assessment, construction management, and environmental experience.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

US citizen

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft “Project”

Highly desirable:

Professional Engineer registration in civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering or Registered Architect

Federal Government contracting experience

Working knowledge of UFC standards and SpecsIntact

Military ID

Business development and SF330 proposal writing skills
