SSD is seeking an Engineer (Aircraft Integration)

Employee shall perform the installation and checkout of new Avionics Modifications on F-16 operational Aircraft.  The employee shall perform TVIs by installing all components on an operational F-16 aircraft and document discrepancies between engineering drawings, routing drawings, mechanical components, and installation procedures.  The contractor shall input all engineering changes into the master documentation and engineering drawings.  The contractor shall write planning documents (asset requirements, support requirements, part number for kits, ground equipment, etc.) and deliver them to military personnel at the TVI location.  The purpose of the planning document is to have the equipment and support personnel in place and ready for the arrival of the TVI technical team.
