Summary: Under the supervision of the Shop Foreman, the Service technician is responsible for performing maintenance on trucks from class 5 through class 8 vehicles and recreational vehicles per OEM and company guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnoses and repairs various truck systems.
Ensures that repairs are completed in a complete and accurate manner as per supervisor instructions.
Maintains correct time punches and work order processes.
Maintains efficiency standards and attendance policy as required.
Tags all parts required to follow warranty procedure.
Keeps customer vehicle clean during repair process and after repairs are complete.
Keeps work area clean and free of debris.
Follows safety procedures.
