What you'll do:

 

As a Flight Coordinator for DO&CO, you will work under the supervision of the unit General Manager and act as a representative for our high-end products. You will collaborate closely with international airline partners to ensure the assigned flights are managed effectively and efficiently in accordance with the client's specific needs. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the loading of new outbound catering and offloading of inbound old catering. You will also perform aircraft galley checks and truck checks to guarantee proper servicing of flights. Additionally, you will supervise a team of food packers and ensure the accuracy of deliveries.

A day as a Flight Coordinator:

  • Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the affected departments.
  • Ensure production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met in order to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.
  • Ensure products and trolleys always meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to the customer’s instructions.
  • Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
  • Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.
  • Confirm special meals and correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly.
  • Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.

Who you are:

  • A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in customer service is beneficial.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Computer literate.
