We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational Warehouse Analyst to join our growing New York Team!

Responsibilities:   

  • Oversee receipt and verification of all airlines local purchasing deliveries, ensuring alignment with invoices and delivery orders.  
  • Manage U.S. Customs documentation for airlines, including VSIEs, CBP7512, invoices, delivery orders, and air waybills/bills of lading. 
  • Perform meticulous data entry from source documents into designated computer databases, files, and forms.  
  • Supervise daily inventories according to schedule, proactively monitoring stock levels and initiating requests for additional material as needed.  
  • Facilitate seamless integration and optimize the efficiency of our internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) 
  • Providing comprehensive training to new team members to ensure proficient utilization of the system. 
  • Utilize the external Branding Ready Catering Portal (BRCP) inventory system to maintain accuracy and reliability in inventory management processes.  
  • Regularly update partner companies through the BRCP system, promoting real-time information exchange and fostering collaborative relationships. 
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, procedures, and policies.  
  • Partner and provide support to the Costing Analyst and other Leadership as required  

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Finance, or Data Analytics. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Sitting and minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control. 
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service with meticulous attention to detail. A proactive problem solver and effective decision-maker.
  • Proficient in operating an electric pallet jack.
  • Proactive and highly organized, capable of managing substantial workloads effectively.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines by completing assigned tasks promptly. Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Flexible availability for different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a hands-on approach and responds promptly to urgent situations.
  • Physically capable of standing for prolonged periods, lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing as required.
  • Exhibits leadership qualities and outstanding communication skills. Skilled in working independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 Annually
