Duty Supervisor

Responsibilities:    

• Monitor staff’s attendance and productivity to ensure all jobs are completed as scheduled.  
• Supervise and motivate a large team of employees.   
• Ensure that the assigned flights are delivered according to the customer’s requirements in the most efficient way to satisfy the quality standard of the company.  
• Ensure punctual provision of the assigned flights.  
• Handover complete delivery note to Dispatch. 

Qualifications:  

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within food manufacturing, related to logistics activities.  
• Previous experience in a similar role or experience within airside, aviation or FMCG  
• Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)  
• Must have a valid Driver license.  
• Must be available to work overnight schedule.
