Formula 1 racing is coming to the city that never sleeps, Las Vegas, for the first time ever and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

Are you looking for a new culinary role? Are you looking to work at the most exciting event of the year in the country? Somewhere that you can take your passion for cooking and develop yourself to a new level? Do you enjoy interacting with VIP’s, work with a team with the same philosophies as you and be right in the middle of one of those ‘you had to be there’ experiences?

Well then, a role with DO & CO in the Formula 1 VIP Area (Paddock Club) is the only place you need to apply!

A day as our Cook / Line Cook:

- Supporting kitchen teams with mise-en-place

- Working in different sections of a busy kitchen

- Partnering with experienced Chefs to help develop your culinary skills

- Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh and high-quality  food

- Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene

What’s essential for us?

- Must be fully available to work from Tuesday 14th November till Sunday 19th November.

- Team player! You won’t be able to achieve success without this!

- A passion to learn more – we’re passionate about training so we want you to be too!

- Good level of knife skills

- Exceptional communication skills – a kitchen can’t survive without this!

-Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment! It gets busy, but you can learn so much!

- Strong work ethic
