Field Office Clerk

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Field Office Clerk is responsible for performing general day-to-day tasks to ensure the rest of the office has adequate support. Their duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Checking email and responding timely
  • Creating spreadsheets
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Processing invoices and distribute
  • Maintain files so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications
  • Makes copies, print documents, scheduling meetings
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Assisting new hires with all onboarding checklist
  • Handle administrative requests from senior managers
  • Assist with bilingual needs as necessary
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to navigate through accounting/treasury applications
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines, while maintain a high level of detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, works well individually and on teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Conditions:

 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
  • Occasional driving may be needed to travel to Kinetik plants and worksites as needed
  • Available outside of normal working hours as needed for business necessity

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Ability to work effectively in all working conditions noted above.
  • Making fast, repeated movements of fingers, hands, and wrists
  • Will require lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 15 lbs. in a safe manner on a regular basis
